Chris Cook's swimming career saw him become Double Commonwealth Champion, British and Commonwealth Record holder, World Medallist, European Medallist and Olympic finalist.
Chris now shares his love of swimming through his Swim Buddies swim school, helping children not only learn a skill for life but to learn how to strive, to correct their own mistakes and to become more determined.
Chris says AquaPlane is the most effective way to teach kids how to swim. Chris said, "Our swimmers love the freedom the AquaPlane gives them in the water. It works wonders for their technique".
Once Chris finished competing he started his own business as a motivational speaker, workshop leader, sports consultant and athlete mentor.
Chris now works in partnership with a wide range of organisations, schools, local authorities, media networks and business support networks and facilitates the delivery of presentations, group sessions, award ceremonies and chairing meetings.
His 'two lengths of the pool' philosophy can be applied to a wide variety of organisation and goals, helping people to keep things simple and focused.
